As an alternative to sending Christmas gifts to customers, companies in the Charman Group sponsor Kenyan projects, to ensure that families have access to water, education, medicine and food.

Sponsoring children individually has its detractors, but most of those detractors actually have no idea how it all works. The funds are not specifically allocated to one child who therefore gains an advantage - a single child needs an infrastructure to learn and grow in and the funds provide water, medicine and education for an entire village, not just one family or child.
