Charman Consulting's origins date back to 1992, when Alan Charman, already a recruiter in the commercial world, moved into consulting as a specialist technical and engineering recruiter.
Since then, the changing Auckland marketplace has led us into many varied areas, culminating in our present position at the forefront of Management, Engineering, and Sales Engineer recruiting.
We have a diverse customer base, from international engineering giants to local manufacturers and suppliers and have many business relationships dating over ten years.
We have enjoyed seeing our placed people enjoying career growth to the stage where, nowadays, some of our customers are those past placed candidates.
